ABOUT ZEITGEIST

Willie Geist has maintained since 1996 that the Internet, like the automobile and the television before it, is a fad. He gets his information from microfiche at the public library and communicates with friends through the good old-fashioned United States Postal Service, thank you very much.

So then why is he blogging? Two words: community service. After an ugly incident at his weekly Sudoku game, Willie was sentenced to speak to young people about anger management. He heard that "young people" looked at the Internet, so the blog became his punishment. It's Willie's way of giving back.

In Zeitgeist, you'll find the kind of expert analysis of news and pop culture that has made Willie one of the most beloved figures in American life today (you can look it up). You'll also get raw, behind-the-scenes footage from MSNBC. You'll even get to talk back to Willie. So give the blog a try and catch the Internet fad before it's gone for good.

Willie Geist: Role model

If you watch MSNBC TV, you've seen the 30-second anchor profiles that introduce us to a more personal side of the network's on-air personalities. MSNBC wouldn't do a personal profile of Willie Geist, so he took matters into his own hands. Maybe he shouldn't have. WATCH VIDEO

Okay, so this is the type of Promo I really want to see MSNBC run!
Isn't "geist" a German slang for "condom"? We all know what "willie" is a slang for....mmmm...another mystery for us all. Are you secretly promoting what I think you're promoting?  ZEITGEIST CONDOMS??!! Holy Rubber!!! Batman!

That Willie, he wants to penetrate the news like no other reporter...LOL...Now that's a profile.
Ah Willie, you should wear a tie more often, definitely suits you and it will definitely stand you in good stead for you future career as head of the network (GeistNewsNetwork).
And keep the make-up, it makes you glow even more (and not in a nuclear sense) but in a "Star" sense.
Wilie Geist is the best part
of "Tucker". I think he's
just adorable and I would
like to know more about his
background.
Just met Willie Geist on the "Morning Joe" program...ditch the Joe and let Willie do his thing....he's an AWESOME talent....exactly the way I want to start MY day! BRAVO WILLE!
HEY WILLIE,
JUST WANTED TO SAY I LOVE YOUR SHOW,AND YOUR CUTE TOO.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
Willie,
As the kids say "you da man".  Need you to do me a favour.  Get Scarborough to put  Chris Jansing on the morning show more regularly.  She's great!  My favorite anchor.  Godspeed.

Gene
